Calvary Tabernacle is an independent Bible Church that is a Gospel proclaiming and bible believing. Our purpose is to declare to all people everywhere the glorious Gospel of Jesus Christ encouraging them to turn from sin and turn to God through the finished work of Christ on Calvary. We preach the Grace of God and stand with the Reformers of old in declaring that our salvation is by Grace Alone, through Faith Alone, in Christ Alone.
We are glad that you have stopped by to learn what we are all about, and we hope you see our passion for Jesus and His Gospel. He is the only reason that we do what we do, and He is the focus of our worship through preaching, Bible study, outreach, and singing.
If you were to ask us to describe ourselves in one sentence, we would say this from Colossians 1:28: “We proclaim Him (Jesus), admonishing every man and teaching every man with all wisdom, that we may present everyone complete in Christ.”
It is Jesus Christ who creates the DNA for us to live with our entire being for the glory of Jesus Christ. As a Gospel-centered church, we believe the Gospel is so much more than a starting point – it encompasses all of life. The Gospel shapes the very way in which we live with our family, friends, community, and rest of the world. We desire to view and live all of life through the enriching power of the Gospel.
